Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Eurilo purchase.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email support@eurilo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Eurilo will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Refund Exclusions (Damage From Use)
Refunds will not be issued for items that are severely damaged, torn, or fully deformed due to use, especially for pet products (e.g., dog toys) that have been chewed or shredded into pieces.
In these cases, the product condition may no longer allow us to inspect and verify the cause of the damage, so the item will be considered ineligible for a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable.
5. Exchanges
Defective or damaged products may be exchanged. Please provide photos of the issue when contacting us for an exchange.
